Once you approved for order, then your shipping will be processed, within a certain amount of days. Shipping and handling rates very based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. We also provide tracking your package service. We shall have no liablities to you for content which used that may be deemed offencive or objectionable to you. we have made every efforts to display our originality of our product that  appear on the site as accurately as possible. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India

 Orders : delivered within 4-7 business days.  For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days. (You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.)

Pre-orders : delivery time will be with in 40 days.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

Sattva-natural is not responsible for damage after delivery.

 For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However we takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

 

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

TRACKING PACKAGE

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on our web boutique, from the “Order Status” link under the website

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
