Return Policy
Sattva natural eligible to accept
return if the product must be unused and in the same condition that you receive
it. It must also be in the original packing.
In case, the product has received

If 15 days have gone by your
purchase,unfortunately you are not
eligible for exchange and refund.
REPLACEMENT
In case the customer has
received damage, defective & wrong
product, To replace any items ,please inform at our customer care number at
+91-9426025801
Once the shipment gets delivered to
the customer & they asked for replacement of unwanted or not interested or
place wrongly products so will not do the replacement on such case.
Once your return is received and
inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your
returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your
refund in case the customer has received damage, defective and wrong product.
If you are approved, then your
refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
In case of damaged, defective and
wrong product received, the shipping
expenses will be beard from our end. The package will be picked up within 2-5
business day from customer.
It will take 6-8 business day for
re-dispatch and take 7-8 days for refund.
If customer refuse to take COD
parcel once so on their next order they have to pay additional 60 rs as cancellation fee of
previous order.
REFUND
Refund
will only be done in case the customer has received damage, defective, wrong
product, refund will be processed through 10 working days, product can be re-dispatched
within 2 days once the reverse product etc delivered back to us.
The
refund will be made through directly to customer’s bank account. For that
customers need to provide their bank details.

CANCELATION
Please note that you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing
your order or before its dispatched from our side.
Once the order dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any
circumstances & also customer cannot claim for refund.
Area not serviceable, we will cancel the order if customer’s
shipping address is not serviceable by any of our courier partners.
If customer has refused or cancelled two or more previous order so
next order will be cancelled automatically, they need to place one order in
prepaid mode.
